WHO WE ARE
My journey into the world of leatherworking began in the most unexpected and romantic way. In May 2018, while on our honeymoon in the beautiful city of Florence, Italy, my wife and I decided to book a leatherworking course via Airbnb. Little did we know, this experience would ignite a passion that would shape our future.
The first lesson in leatherworking was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by the rich history and craftsmanship of Florence, we learned the basics of working with leather. The feel of the leather, the smell of the tannins, and the satisfaction of creating something with our own hands left a lasting impression on us.
Upon returning home, I couldn’t wait to dive deeper into this newfound passion. I eagerly placed my first order for beginner’s tools on Amazon and started experimenting with scrap leather. My first project was a humble leather glasses pouch, crafted from beginner’s scrap leather. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a start, and it fueled my desire to learn and improve.
The excitement of purchasing my first piece of vegetable-tanned leather was a milestone in my journey. The quality and beauty of this leather inspired me to create my first product, a piece that I still cherish to this day. Each step in this journey, from that first lesson in Italy to the creation of my first product, has been a labor of love and a testament to the joy of craftsmanship.
PHILOSPHY
Crafting leather is a profound expression of the soul within. The mind finds peace as it focuses on every intricate detail, each piece fitting perfectly into the puzzle. Breath is held as the knife glides through the material, shaping its destiny. The heart beats in rhythm with the symmetry of the holes, the path of the beveler, and the precision of the curves. Each sense takes its turn: fingers glide across the edge, feeling every inch of the journey, ears listen to the sound of the craft, until the touch gently fades at the end of the line. The final product embodies the heart, soul, and emotion of its creator.

My goal and aspiration is to provide the highest quality and craftsmanship in our products, making them stand out among other leather crafters. I am dedicated to creating timeless, durable, and uniquely beautiful leather goods that our customers will cherish for years to come.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AND VALUES
The most rewarding aspect of leatherworking for me is the time I get to focus on the craft itself. When I'm working with leather, my mind clears up and focuses solely on the piece in front of me. It's a meditative process that brings immense satisfaction.
I am committed to making products with traditional tools, avoiding industrial methods to keep the handmade principle pure. To ensure the highest quality, I carefully examine each product. If I don't feel that the final product is good enough to purchase it for myself or if I find any defect during crafting, I will scrap the item and start over.
